A. Gold-filled items have 100 times thicker gold layer than gold-plated items. The gold is bonded to the metal with heat and pressure, rather than using plating techniques. This means that it won’t chip and will wear extremely well. This gives the look and durability of gold at a fraction of the cost.
Q. Why use Swarovski crystals and beads?
A. These crystals and beads are of a superior weight and quality. As a result, necklaces always hang beautifully and the beads are consistent in colour and cut with brilliant finishes.
Q. What if I want a necklace in a different size / colour?
A. Please always contact me with your request. If possible, I will always try to help.
Q. How do you send the items?
A. Your jewellery is sent in a gift box which is packed in a jiffy bag. We use second class post. This normally takes 2-5 days to arrive. Please contact us if you would like your item despatched by first class post or recorded.
